On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated February 8, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated June 23, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the words "Gregory W. Fotiades, deceased," and substituting therefor the words "Joan Marie Fotiades, deceased."
