On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 7, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated January 27, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 3, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "March 30, 2011."
