ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 16, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 3, 2011" and substituting therefor the date "March 4, 2011."
