Motion by West Vernon Petroleum Corp. to stay the trial in the above-entitled actions, pending hearing and determination of appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 1, 2010, and April 5, 2010, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the trial in the above-entitled actions is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
