Application by Rupert Singh pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 24, 2010, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 16, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of Rupert Singh to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 4, 2011, and the brief of Rupert Singh, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
