Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 17, 2010, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent New York City Human Resource Administration to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 21, 2011, and the brief of the respondent New York City Human Resource Administration, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 5, 2011, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
