| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, each dated March 25, 2010, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall file 11 copies of the record on appeal or appendix, and the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 21, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
