Appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 15, 2010, and for assignment of counsel,
Now, upon reading and filing the certification of James K. Heidt, Esq., dated November 18, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that with regard to the appeal taken under Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 10-02410, the application is denied and the appeal is dismissed on the ground that appellant is not aggrieved by the order she seeks to appeal (see CPLR § 5511), and
It is further ORDERED that the application is in all other respects granted, and
It is further ORDERED that William L. Koslosky, Esq., 2635 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Oneida County, provide William L.
