Motion by Ike Aruti, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 21, 2009, and October 22, 2010, respectively, and for poor person relief and assignment of counsel on the appeals. Application by the attorney for the child Esther to adjourn the return date of the motion to submit papers responding to the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
