Application by the appellants-respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated June 25, 2010. Separate applications by the respondents-appellants, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective answering briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application of the appellants-respondents is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 16, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications of the respondents-appellants are denied as premature, and the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective answering briefs, including their points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
