On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated February 22, 2011, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the respondents Melinda Danowitz, Martin Danowitz, and Bari Danowitz pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 22, 2010. Application by the respondents Michael Dauber and Richard Dauber for the same relief. Application by the respondents Jeffrey Schwartz, Amy Schwartz, and Elliot Schwartz for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondents Melinda Danowitz, Martin Danowitz, and Bari Danowitz, and the respondents Michael Dauber and Richard Dauber, and the respondents Jeffrey Schwartz, Amy Schwartz, and Elliot Schwartz to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 14, 2011, and the briefs of those respondents must be served and filed on or before that date.
