On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated February 24, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 12, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is."
