DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 17, 2009, and four orders of the same court dated January 7, 2010, June 1, 2010, July 6, 2010, and July 12, 2010, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 14, 2011, and the record or the appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
