On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 28, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated June 7, 2010, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the word "Family" and substituting therefor the word "Supreme," and by adding the words "and Judiciary Law § 35" to the fourth decretal paragraph thereof following the citation "Family Court Act § 1120."
