Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time for Winifred Q. Clark to serve and file an additional brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 23, 2010, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated August 4, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied, without prejudice to Winifred Q. Clark serving and filing a motion on or before March 16, 2011, if she be so advised, for leave to serve and file a replacement brief for the brief that was previously filed on her behalf.
