| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2010, November 22, 2010, and December 14, 2010, respectively, to stay enforcement of a certain money judgment and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 20, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the money judgment and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 20, 2010, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 18, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
