On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 28, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 18, 2010, is amended by deleting from second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is."
