Motion by appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6), on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered April 22, 2010, to amend the notice of appeal and a decision and order of this court dated June 22, 2010, which assigned counsel, to include Criminal Court docket numbers 2009KN102002 and 2010KN031965, which were also decided by the judgment rendered April 22, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the notice of appeal and the decision and order of this court dated June 22, 2010 are deemed amended to include Criminal Court docket numbers 2009KN102002 and 2010KN031965.
