Motion by appellant on appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 27, 2010 (Appeal No. 2010-2786 K C), September 27, 2010 and November 5, 2010 (Appeal No. 2010-2969 K C) to consolidate the appeals and to set a date for submission and argument of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
By order of this court dated November 26, 2010, Appeal No. 2010-2786 K C was dismissed and the remaining two appeals are already consolidated.
