Motion by respondent on appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 19, 2010, March 29, 2010, and April 30, 2010, for leave to reargue or renew his prior motion to condition the continuation of a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated June 24, 2010 upon appellants' payment of use and occupancy, which motion was denied by decision and order of this court dated October 25, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
