The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Howard Salten, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, rendered October 7, 2010, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon appellant's furnishing this court with proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent. Appellant, if so advised, may obtain an application for poor person relief from this court and also explain what funds he used to meet bail.
