Motion by the defendant for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated March 8, 2010, which affirmed an order of the City Court, City of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered March 13, 2009, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 30, 2010. Application by the plaintiff to bar the defendant from making further motions based on claims arising out of the above-entitled action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are denied.
