| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2010, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 14, 2011, as continued the provisions of a temporary order of protection of the same court dated August 3, 2010, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated December 20, 2010, on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before February 14, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated January 14, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "February 14, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "April 4, 2011."
