| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 24, 2010, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2010, as stayed enforcement of the order dated November 24, 2010, and continued physical custody of the subject child with the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before February 14, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated December 17, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "February 14, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "April 4, 2011."
