Application for order directing the pro hac vice of admission
of Mark S. Gregory, Esq., a Connecticut attorney, pursuant to Section 520.11(a)(1) of the
Rules of the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it

ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Mark S.
Gregory, Esq. is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing defendants Orange
Canyon Development Company LLC, Point Five Development Glens Falls LLC and
Point Five Development LLC upon the appeal.
