On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 4, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered August 30, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "James Lattimore" and the date "August 30, 2008" and substituting therefor the words "Ramel Peterson" and the date "August 30, 2007."
