Appeals by Carolyn Schenk from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated October 27, 2009.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged; and it is further,
ORDERED that upon completion of her brief, the appellant shall contact the Clerk of this Court to schedule a date for the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, to accept delivery of her brief at her home address; and it is further,
ORDERED that acceptance of such delivery shall constitute the filing of her brief on appeal with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 2, 2010, the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, shall serve one copy of the appellant's brief on the respondent.
