| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Ridge Transport Systems, Inc., to vacate an automatic stay of enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 10, 2010, obtained pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeals from the judgment, or, in the alternative, to direct the appealing parties to perfect their respective appeals within 15 days and to require certain respondents-appellants to post a bond.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
