DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 28, 2010, to assign new counsel, to strike assigned counsel's brief and, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to amend the decision and order on motion dated January 10, 2011, is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated January 10, 2011, is amended by deleting from the fifth paragraph thereof the date "January 24, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "March 22, 2011"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
