Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 9, 2010, which dismissed appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 29, 2008, and two orders of the same court both dated March 31, 2009, for failure to perfect the appeals in accordance with the prior order of the Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
