Court's own motion to dismiss an appeal from a decision of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated June 22, 2009.
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Hall v Paez, 77 AD3d 620 [2010]). Appellant's remedy, if it be so advised, is to cause a judgment to be entered and to appeal therefrom.
