Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated April 9, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to file a brief is enlarged until March 15, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 30, 2011, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
