Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 4, 2010, and March 25, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jay D. Carr, Esq., sworn to February 15, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on each appeal, together with proof of service, on or before April 6, 2011, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
