ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 3, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 27, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 26, 2011" and substituting therefor the date "June 21, 2011."
