| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated November 13, 2009, for leave to amend his brief or alternatively, for leave to add a two-page addendum to his reply brief, and to strike the transcript of the in camera testimony of the parties' child. Cross motion by the attorney for the child for an award of an attorney's fee and to impose a sanction upon the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
