Westbeth Corp., HDFC, Inc v Ramscale Prods., Inc., et al.
It is Ordered that tenants-appellants' motion to continue the stay of the execution of the warrants of eviction is granted on condition that tenants-appellants: 1- perfect their appeal by no later than the June 2011 term - the filing deadline is April 12, 2011; and 2- continue to pay for accruing use and occupancy at the rate of $15,000 per month on each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of tenants-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal
