| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by the defendants Guang Yi Shi andYu Chan Zhang, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 17, 2010. By decision and order on motion dated January 24, 2011, inter alia, the branch of the appellants' motion which was to stay enforcement of the order was granted, and enforcement of the order was stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before February 23, 2011. The appeal has not been perfected.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay of enforcement of the order December 17, 2010, contained in the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2011, is vacated.
