| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by the defendants from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 4, 2010, and a judgment of the same court entered March 29, 2010. By decision and order on motion dated June 9, 2010, the appellants' motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals was granted on condition that the appeals be perfected on or before September 9, 2010. The appeals have not been perfected.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay of enforcement of the judgment entered March 29, 2010, contained in the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2010, is vacated.
