Appeal by Joe Cordero, Jr., from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (IDV Part), dated January 10, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Francis Imperato, Esq., dated February 15, 2011, it is
