| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 1, 2006. By decision and order on motion dated September 14, 2007, the appellant's motion to relieve assigned counsel substitute retained counsel, and continue poor person relief was granted, and the following retained counsel was substituted as attorney for the appellant:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
