Motion by appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated May 29, 2009, to dismiss the appeal as moot, to join an additional party, and for other relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed for lack of prosecution.
