DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 9, 2010, and December 7, 2010, respectively, to dismiss the appeal from the order dated July 9, 2010, on the ground that said order has been modified by the order dated December 7, 2010, or alternatively, to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal from the order dated July 9, 2010, is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated December 7, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-00924), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that it has been rendered academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic.
