Appellants having moved to modify the order of this Court entered February 7, 2011, extending this Court's stay of all proceedings to enforce the first decretal paragraph of an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on November 15, 2010, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Hugh C. Carlin, Esq. sworn to March 4, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 7, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 18, 2011, and inserting in its place the date April 30, 2011.
