DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Stanislaw O. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated November 29, 2010, respectively. By order to show cause dated February 8, 2011, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-captioned appeals on the ground that the orders appealed from are nondispositional orders.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
