Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 15, 2008, and for leave to proceed pro se.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to moving for leave to file a supplemental brief on or before May 2, 2011, upon proper papers, including a statement of the proposed issues that the appellant seeks to raise.
