Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and four separate cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 13, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of Jigar Jamindar to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 25, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the brief of Jigar Jamindar must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants-respondents shall serve and file their respective answering briefs, in response to brief of Jigar Jamindar and including the points of argument on the separate cross appeals, on or before May 31, 2011 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that Northgate Electrical shall serve and file a respondent's brief on or before July 5, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that Jigar Jamindar shall serve and file a brief in response to the separate cross appeals and in reply on his own appeal and the respondents-appellants-respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs in response to those cross appeals on which they are adverse on or before August 9, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants-respondents shall serve and file their respective reply briefs on their respective cross appeals on or before August 24, 2011.
