On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 15, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 3, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in relation thereto."
