DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Richard Bruce Claro for leave to renew and reargue his prior motion for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law, which was denied decision and order of this Court dated March 9, 2010. Mr. Claro was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 8, 1975. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 18, 2002, Mr. Claro was disbarred and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law based on his resignation tendered pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.9.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
