Appeal by David Monroe from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated July 6, 2010. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2010, a motion to dismiss the appeal for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated August 17, 2010, was denied, and the appellant's time to comply with the scheduling order dated August 17, 2010, was extended until February 7, 2011.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed for failure to comply with the orders dated August 17, 2010, and December 10, 2010.
