It is Ordered that tenants-appellants' motion to continue the stay is granted on condition that tenants-appellants: 1- perfect their appeal by no later than the September 2011 term - the filing deadline is July 6, 2011; 2- continue to pay monthly use and occupancy of $700 on or before the 10th day of each month. In the event of tenants-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
